How to Convert Lotus Notes to Google Apps - View the Process Step by Step

  1. Open PCVITA Express Migrator for Google Apps (Lotus Notes) software. Go to Start » Programs » PCVITA Express Migrator for Google Apps » PCVITA Lotus Notes Migrator for Google Apps. You see the following startup screen:

  2. Provide the Domain name and click the “Register” button in order to validate the provided domain name. If the domain name is valid, software displays a screen as shown below:

    If the domain name is not valid, software displays a screen as shown below:



  3. Click the OK button to proceed the next step. Software displays Main screen as shown below:

  4. Click the Next button. Software displays a screen which is shown below:



  5. Click the Add Files or Add Folder button to select Lotus Notes NSF files as shown above in the Red Marked area. Software displays following screen:

  6. Select the NSF files and click the Open button. Software will show all selected NSF files as shown below:

  7. Enter the User Name and Password of Google Apps Account as shown above in the Red Marked area. If provided users name are same or every user has same password, then check the Set Same Password for All check box as shown below in the Round Marked Area:

  8. Click the Next button as shown above screen in the Red arrow. Software will show Email Filter screen as shown below:

  9. Read about the every option from Cheat Sheet as shown above screen in the Rectangle Marked area. Choose the Email Filter option and click the Export button to start the migration process as shown above screen Red arrow. The migration process will start as shown below:



  10. See the migration process status as shown above screen. Once the migration process done, Software will prompt you for Successful Migration as shown below:

    If your any email has unrecognized data and gets to fail in migration, then software shows that email by clicking the link which shown above screen in the Red marked area.

  11. Click the OK button and get sign in into selected User Name Account and view the all migrated NSF files emails as shown below:
