Working Process of Cloud Migration - PCVITA Lotus Notes to Google Apps
- Open PCVITA Cloud Migration software. Go to Start » Programs » PCVITA Cloud Migration » PCVITA Cloud Migration. You see the following startup screen:
- Click the “Next” button in order to proceed the next step. Software displays a screen as shown below:
- Enter the Domain Name and click the Test button for checking the domain name. Click the Add Files or Add Folder button to select Lotus Notes NSF files. Software displays a screen as shown below:
- Select the NSF files and click the Open button. View the selected NSF file as shown below:
- Enter the User Name and Password of Google Apps Account. Check the Set Same Password for All option if all user name have same password and click the Next button. Software displays a screen as shown below:
- Received on Interval - By checking this option, you can migrate email between a date range.
- Exclude Deleted Items - By checking this option, you can exclude Deleted Items folder.
- Exclude Sent Items - By checking this option, you can exclude Sent Items folder.
- Choose the Email Filter option and click the Export button to start the migration process as shown below:
- Signed in into selected User Name Account and view the all migrated NSF file emails as shown below:
