How to use Outlook Magic software while Outlook conversion process running on?. See the all steps below about how to Convert Outlook PST Files:

1. Open Outlook Magic software. Go to Start » Programs » Outlook Magic » Outlook Magic. You see the following startup screen:
   
   
   
   
2. Check the option "Search PST File(s) in Sub Folder Also" for searching the PST file inside of selected folder. Click the “Browse” button to select MS Outlook PST file/files. Software displays a screen saying “Browse For Folder” as under:
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Outlook PST file/files or Folder heaving more PST files and click "OK". After clicking the "OK" button, you will see the selected PST files as shown below:
   
   
   
   
4. Select a Target option in which you want to convert Outlook PST file/files. You can also select the Category, Email Filter and File Name Convention option as shown below:

   MSG - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into MSG file.
   EML - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into EML file.
   VCF - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into VCF file.
   TXT - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into TXT file.
   RTF - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into RTF file.
   MHT - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into MHT file.
   HTML - This option allows to convert Outlook PST file into HTML file.
   
   Category
   
   Emails - Use this category to convert all emails into selected target option.
   Task - Use this category to convert all tasks into selected target option.
   Contacts - Use this category to convert all contacts into selected option.
   Calendar - Use this category to convert all calendar into selected option.
   
   Email Filters
   
   Received - By using this filter option, you can convert PST file items received between a date range.
   Exclude Deleted Items - By using this filter option, you can exclude deleted item folder items.
   Exclude Sent Items - By using this filter option, you can exclude sent item folder items.
   
   File Name Convention
   
   Default (Subject) -
   Date - Sender - Subject -
   
   
5. Fill the all option and select the destination location to save the converted items. Click the “Browse” button to choose saving location. Software displays a screen saying “Browse For Folder” as under:
   
   
   
   
6. Choose an appropriate saving location and click OK.
7. Click the Start Conversion button to start the conversion process as shown below:
