How to Convert Excel Contacts to VCF?

Go to Start menu » Programs » Excel to vCard Converter

Click on the Browse button to select an MS Excel file. Then, the software will display the following screen. Select the desired MS Excel file and click on Open button.

After that, the software will let you preview the whole content of selected XLS file; as shown below:

Note: Software immediately converts approximately 40,000 contacts at a time from excel to vCard format (TESTED).

After this, click on Next button to continue the conversion process. Then software will display the following screen:

To match the Excel fields with Outlook attributes follow the given steps:

Choose Excel fields from the left side of the screen.

Then choose any of the Outlook Attributes from the right side panel of the software.

Match the fields like this way :

• FirstName -->> FirstName or FullName
• Last Name -->> LastName
• Email -->> EmailAddress

• vCard-contacts-attributes

Check Map All Columns option at bottom right side of software to trigger software AI to default map your CSV contacts columns agaianst vCard fields.

Now, check the options you want the software to handle during the conversion process. Checking this option will allow software to convert contacts with empty email address fields. It can create a single vCard file for all contacts and create individual .vcf for each contact present in the selected Excel sheet.

This Excel to vCard Converter tool supports all versions of vCards i.e. v 2.1, 3.0 & 4.0

After this click on Convert button to start the conversion process.

During the conversion, software shows a number of empty email addresses and number of contacts added into vCards.

Then after the completion of the conversion process, software will display a confirmation screen as follows:

Software will create separate vCard files for each contact and save them at the location selected during conversion process as shown below:
