Watch the working preview of software and simply follow the steps:

Launch the “Lotus Notes to Exchange Migration” software. The user interface of the software is as follows:

Now, click on the “Add Folder” button to add multiple NSF files in a folder to the system.

Browse and select the specific folder that is to be added to the software and click on the “OK” button:

The files will be listed as follows:
Click on the "Next" button.

Click on the radio button corresponding to the Exchange button
Maintain folder hierarchy: Checkmark the box in order to maintain the folder hierarchy for the export process.
Select the exchange versions as follows:
Click on "OK" button.

Provide the SMTP Address & Password as follows:
Select the version for the exchange server.
Provide Server IP & Active Directory IP :
Note: Checkmark the checkboxes corresponding to Search within subdomains.

Click on the Submit button:

Provide the list of addresses to which the data is to be migrated:

Click on the "Mails" radio button and click on th "Apply filter(s)" radio button. Click on the "Set" button.

Click on the "Contact" radio button and click on th "Exclude Duplicate Contact" radio button. Click on the "Set" button.

Click on the "Calendars" radio button and click on th "Apply filter(s)" radio button. Click on the "Set" button.

Click on the "Tasks" radio button and click on th "Apply filter(s)" radio button. Click on the "Set" button.

Click on the "Journal" radio button and click on the "Apply filter(s)" radio button. Click on the "Set" button.

Click on the "Apply Advance Settings". Click on the settings button.

Now choose the Advanced Settings for successful Lotus Notes migration.
HTML Formatting - This option lets you maintain all HTML formatting of emails during the process of its conversion.
Internet Header – This option maintain the sent or received email header.
Remove Encryption - This option let you remove the encryption of mails
All Documents – Allow all document view mail items to be migrated into PST.
Doclink – Allow to maintain Doclink of mails.

To convert the canonical name, that you have defined in Lotus Notes, into the Office 365 SMTP format, then select the required naming convention

Then enter the domain name for the SMTP translation with respect to the canonical name.

You can also map the Lotus Notes default generated folder with your Office 365 default folder name.
