Working Preview of Software

Install & Run OLM to PST converter software.

Click on Add File option to add OLM file into the software.

After clicking on the Add File button, the software initializes OLM File Scanning process and displays the progress of the process with the file name, size and timestamp details.

Click on Yes to save the scanned result.

Now, you can preview of OLM file, the software provides two preview mode 1: Normal 2: Attachment.

If you want to export selective email then right click on the email and click on Export.

Software provides 3 files to save data - PST, EML, MSG. If you Export OLM file to MSG or EML file type then you can also apply Naming Conventions to name the output files desirably.

Browse destination location & Click on "Export" button.

Now software starts the export process.

Software successfully exports file.

To export entire data click on "Export" button.

Now follow the steps for exporting folders:

Select Folders: Select the folders that you want to Export.

Select File: Select format to save Output data.

Split PST: To divide large Output PST file.

Naming Convention: Define a naming convention for the emails to be exported.

Browse Destination: Select destination location for saving the exported files.

Software displays the Export process progress with details such as; current folder being exported, folder item count, and destination path of the output files.

Now, you can view & access OLM data into Windows Outlook.

View the PST file in Outlook.
