Know How to Recover Corrupt PowerPoint File

Simple Steps to Recover & repair corrupt PowerPoint file or PPTX File of MS PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019.

STEP 1

Open PowerPoint Recovery by clicking on Start Menu » All Programs » PowerPoint Recovery

Then Choose from Following Options to Add PPTX File:

  • Add File(s) : Enable users to browse & repair single .pptx File file / multiple files of MS PowerPoint
  • Add Folder : Enable users to browse & repair folder containing .pptx files in bulk
  • Search File(s): Enable users to automatically search within drives( like C:, D:/ ) from user system & repair in bulk

STEP 3

Choose Add File(s) button to browse & repair single .pptx file / multiple files (by pressing "Ctrl" + "PPTX files" ) of MS PowerPoint

STEP 4

Select desired PPTX File from your system location that you need to repair. the, Click on "Open"

Once you have browsed the .pptx file . Select the desired PowerPoint file using checkbox, click on "Repair" to proceed with the repair process.

Choose desired files from left panel for saving . Click on Save to save recovered PPTX File.

Browse Destination location to Save Recovered PPTX File

After Saving , the software displays a prompt with message "Files Saved Succsesfully"

Now Open destination location to Preview Recovered PPTX File

Choose Search File(s) button to search & browse multiple .pptx file for recovery. Click on drop down menu to search with drives (C:\, D:\, E:\) automatically detected by the software from your system. Then Click on "Search file(s)" to begin the search process.

STEP 4

To search .pptx file within sub-folders of a drive. Choose "Search in sub-folder" checkbox.


Note : If "Search in sub-folder" is unchecked, search will be only performed in root folder of the drive.

STEP 5

Once you have browsed the .pptx file . Select the desired PowerPoint file using checkbox, click on "Repair" to proceed with the repair process.
