  • Click on More Settings.
    1. Under Internet Email Settings
      • Move to Outgoing Server tab
        1. Check for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option.
        2. Select Use same settings as my Incoming mail server radio option.

        1. In Server Port Numbers:
          1. Enter 993 beside the Incoming server (IMAP). Then, choose SSL encryption.
          2. Enter 587 beside the Outgoing server (SMTP). Choose the TLS encryption format.
      • Click on the OK button. This will close the active window.
  • Then, click on the Next button. This will Start Testing the Configuration Settings.
  • Once the testing is completed, click on Close option.
  • Click on the Finish button to exit the window.
  • Finally, restart Outlook 2016 application.

This will export emails from to Outlook 2016 application. But it has some limitations mentioned below.

Limitations of This Manual Method
