Launch PCVITA NSF Merger software from its location or Go to Start Menu>>All Programs>>PCVITA NSF Merger

Click "Add Files" to manually add NSF files one by one or "Add Folder" to add the complete folder containing all the files to be combined. The software scans & shows all the file names in the adjacent pane.

The software provides multiple combining options- Join & Merge.

When you select the Merge option then there are two options to filter unwanted emails. First is: Remove Duplicates & second is: Exclude Deleted

When you select join option there is only one option available to filter the Exclude Deleted Items only.

Select the Folder to save the combined NSF File.

Select all needed options & then click on "Merge NSF File" to start the process.

A live status is provided to monitor the combining process.

The process of merging is completed successfuly. Click ok as you get the notification message.

Click Yes to exit.
