Working Steps of PST Xtractor - Follow Simple Steps

See the PST extractor working steps and learn about emails and contacts conversion features and easily know that how to execute the process. All software screens are explained properly to help user learning the complete process.

Download and Run PCVITA PST Xtractor. Goto Start >> Programs >> PCVITA PST Xtractor >> Click on PST Xtractor. See the first screen.

Select Source: Click on Browse button to load Orphan PST file from local system.

Open Window: Select desired PST file from Open window. Click Open.

Destination Type: Select target file format. Click on Destination File Type option.

Saving Option: Select naming convention option to get output in desired format.

Destination Location: Click on Browse button to locate the destination.

Browse For Folder Window: Either select any existing folder to save output or you can also click on Make New Folder option to create new folder for saving. Click Ok.

Software Window: After you fill the required information, see the software screen with user-selected options. After confirmation click on Next.

Scan Status & PST Details: You can view entire scanning details of PST file. After finishing click on Extract button to start extraction.

PST Conversion Process: You can see the PST file folder/files under conversion, PST items, total folder count and overall status is displayed by progress bar.

Conversion Successful: Click on OK button as soon as conversion gets completed. Close software window.
