Convert EML to HTML in 6 Steps
Screens show the Windows edition. Mac edition takes five steps. You install, add files or folders, select HTML, apply a naming pattern and date filter, then export and save. Mac screens are in the Mac EML Converter Software Guide.
Step 1. Install and Add EML Files
Install PCVITA EML to HTML Converter and start it on the Select Files screen. File Mode loads single EML and EMLX files and Folder Mode loads a folder. Click Browse Files or drag your files into the window.
Step 2. Check the File List
File names appear with their sizes beside them. Use Add More Files for extra batches or Remove All for a fresh start. Click Next when the list is right.
Step 3. Set a Sent Date Range
Export Filter holds Apply Date Range Filter on Sent Date. Set a Start Date and an End Date and click Add Range. Add as many ranges as the job needs. Skip the filter and all loaded emails convert. Click Next.
Step 4. Select HTML as the Format
Export Options lists PST, PDF, CSV, EML, EMLX, HTML, JSON, MBOX, MHT, MSG, TXT and ZIP. Select HTML. Tick one more format when you want two outputs from the same job. Click Next.
Step 5. Name the Files and Choose a Folder
Click Browse on Select Destination and choose a folder with enough space for the HTML files. Set a naming pattern for the converted files. Click Start Export when the path is right.
Step 6. Start the Export and Open the Results
Export Progress counts Items Processed, Files Processed and Failed and shows the Speed. When the export completes, click OK and then View Result to open your HTML files.
