How to Migrate Exchange to Office 365 in 6 Steps

Step 1. Install and Open the Tool
Install the Exchange to Office 365 Migration Tool on a Windows machine and open it. Select Exchange as the source and Office 365 as the destination.
Step 2. Choose Mailbox Items
Select Emails, Contacts and Calendars under Workload Selection. Add a date filter for any category that needs one.
Step 3. Enter Admin Details
Log in and validate the Exchange and Office 365 admin accounts for the source and the destination.
Step 4. Fetch or Import Users
Fetch all mailboxes from Exchange Server in one click or import a CSV file to map source mailboxes with destination mailboxes.
