How to Convert EML to MSG in 6 Steps

Step 1. Add the EML Files
Install PCVITA EML to MSG Converter and open it. Select Files is the first screen. File Mode adds separate EML or EMLX emails and Folder Mode adds a full directory. Click Browse Files or drag the items into the window.
Step 2. Review the File List
Added emails appear in a list next to their sizes. Add More Files extends the list and Remove All clears it. Select Next once the list looks correct.
Step 3. Limit the Job by Sent Date
Export Filter holds the Apply Date Range Filter box for the Sent Date. Enter a Start Date and an End Date and click Add Range. Leave the box clear to convert every email, then click Next.
Step 4. Select the MSG Format
Export Options lists PST, PDF, CSV, EML, EMLX, HTML, JSON, MBOX, MHT, MSG, TXT and ZIP. Select MSG (Outlook) for this job. Tick a second format to export both together. Continue with Next until Select Destination opens.
Step 5. Set the Destination and Naming
Click Browse, open the Select Folder dialog and choose a drive with enough storage. Naming Convention stays active for MSG output. Choose Same as Source File, Subject or a date based pattern and set Underscore, Space or Hyphen as the delimiter.
Step 6. Start the Export and Open the Result
Click Start Export. Export Progress counts Items Processed, Files Processed, Failed and Speed until it reaches 100 percent and Export process completed successfully appears. Select View Result to open the output folder.
