Export Outlook PST Files in 6 Steps

Step 1. Open Outlook Export Tool
Download the setup file, install it and choose your language. Launch it from Start and All Programs.
Step 2. Add PST Files to Export
Click Add File. Select File opens a browse window for one PST file. Search File looks through a selected drive or all drives and lists every PST file it finds.
Step 3. Scan the Selected File
Select the PST file and click Open. File location shows on screen. Check Advance Scan for a damaged file and tick Recover Permanently Deleted Items to bring back removed mail. Click Add. Outlook Export Tool removes S/MIME and OpenPGP email encryption.
Step 4. Preview the Data
Scanning ends with a prompt to save the scan result. Complete PST data then loads in a folder tree. Open any email in Normal Mail View, Hex View, Properties View, Message Header View and other tabs.
Step 5. Select the Output Format
Select emails, right click and choose Export. Use the Export button to save every item. Select one of the 12 formats from EML and MSG to CSV and MBOX, then set the filters, naming convention and destination folder.
Step 6. Check the Export Report
Click OK when the export completes. Success Count appears in the report. Click that number to see the saved file path, then open your exported files. Save the report as a CSV file if you need a record.
