Step 1. Open the NSF Converter
Install the software and go to Start, All Programs and NSF Converter. Start the program with Run as Administrator when Windows asks for rights.
Step 2. Add Lotus Notes NSF Files
Click the Select NSF File(s) radio button. Use Add Files for one NSF file or Add Folder for many. Protected files need their password in Provide Lotus Notes Password.
Step 3. Preview the Loaded Items
Your NSF file shows in the software pane and its items fill the preview pane. Look through the list before you convert. Domino Server mailboxes join the job the same way.
Step 4. Set EML as Your Output
Open Select Export Format, find EML in the list and click it. Every EML setting waits on the next screen.
Step 5. Select Categories and a Naming Rule
Under Select Categories tick Mail, Calendars, Contacts and more. Choose a Naming Convention for the EML files. Open Advanced Conversion Options for HTML formatting, Internet header, folder hierarchy and Doclink.

Click Browse and select the destination folder. Click Export to start the NSF to EML conversion. Click OK when the completion message appears.
