Step 1. Install and Launch
Install PCVITA software after download and start it from Start, All Programs. The first screen carries a Select Language drop down, so choose your language before anything else.
Step 2. Add MSG Files or Folders
Browse to the folder that holds your MSG files. Add File loads single messages. Add Folder brings in a entire folder at once. Switch View shows files in a horizontal or vertical layout.
Step 3. Preview Your Messages
Select a message to see it in the preview panel. Tabs for Normal Mail View, Hex, Properties, Message Header, MIME and HTML show every MSG file before you convert.
Step 4. Choose Export or Export Selected
Click Export to convert all loaded files. Click Export Selected to export only the files you marked in the list.
Step 5. Select NSF and Export
Open the Export button and select NSF from the export types. Apply the date range filter if you need one, click Export and save the files. Lotus Notes must be installed on the system for NSF output.
