Step 1. Install PCVITA and Open It
Download PCVITA, install it and open it from Start Menu and All Programs. Configure Lotus Notes 9.0.1 on your PC first because PCVITA opens NSF data through the Notes client.
Step 2. Select NSF Files and Add Files or Folder
Choose Select NSF File(s), then click Add Files or Add Folder. Enter the password in Provide Lotus Notes Password when a file is protected. Add a Domino mailbox instead with the server IP address and password.
Step 3. Check the Preview Pane for Your NSF Files
Added NSF files show in the preview pane. Select Remove when you added a wrong file, then click Next.
Step 4. Select Your Export Format
Select Export Format lists EML, MSG, PDF, MBOX, vCard, ICS and HTML. CSV and TXT appear in the same list. Select the format you need.
Step 5. Select Data, Date Filter and Options
Select Mail, Calendars or Contacts and set a Date Filter. Choose a Naming Convention, then open Advance Conversion Options to keep HTML Formatting, Internet Header, Folder Hierarchy, All Documents and Doclink.
Step 6. Browse a Destination and Export
Click Browse to select the destination folder, then click Export. Click OK when the conversion ends and open the files at the destination.
